NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 14-003010-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Tammie N. Albritton; Unknown Spouse of Tammie N. Albritton; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOTS 11 AND 12 IN BLOCK 29 OF LAKE MAGGIORE PARK REVISED, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 12 AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTH 07 DEGREES 05 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST, 105.61 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 73.27 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 08 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 101.73 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 11, THENCE 86.55 ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT AND THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 11 AND 12, RADIUS 992.67 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 87 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 09 SECONDS WEST 86.63 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
