LINE NO. 2; FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8, PADGETT ESTATES SUBDIVISION (AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA); RUN THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 38' 25” WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 8,115.50 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 109.40 FEET PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 8 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 38' 25” WEST 304.50 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 3, PADGETT ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FOR A POINT OF ENDING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
