NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-004906, DIVISION: 08, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EARL WINN; JAMES WINN; SHIRLEY WINN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 27th day of October, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 90 FEET OF THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 8, OF CHILDS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
