BOOK 5535, PAGE 531 AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 86, PROCEED NORTH 00 DEG. 01' 21” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 86, 72.45 FEET; THENCE NORTH 83 DEG. 41'06” EAST 75.02 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 86; THENCE SOUTH 20 DEG. 07' 19” WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 86, 85.85 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 86; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEG. 52' 59” WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 86, 45.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL BEING IN WILSHIRE ESTATES II, SECOND SECTION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 11/10/14, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
