YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The West 2 feet of Lot 26, and Lot 27 less the West 1 foot thereof, Oakbrook Woods, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 2, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris|Schneider|Wittstadt, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 11/10/2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
