NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 17 September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-001007-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo HomeEquity Asset-Backed Securities 2006-1 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Carmella M. Santomaso also known as Carmella Santomaso, John C. Santomaso also known as John Santomaso, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC, Tenant # 1 also known as Stacy Santomaso, Tenant # 2 also known as Sandra Santomaso, US Bank National Association, as Trustee for SASCO Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WF2, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
