Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 010681, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TERESA BIRNEY, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 33 OF THE FOUNTAINS AT CYPRESS LAKES II-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 114, PAGE(S) 90-94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
