NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004142 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Stephanie Mitchell a/k/a Stephanie Hunter and Jennifer Mitchell and Meghan Mitchell a/k/a Meghan Harper are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 8, COQUINA KEY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
