NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-001732 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA2 Trust, Plaintiff and Bay Harbor Club Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 52, BAY HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 90, ET. SEQ., AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5362, PAGE(S) 47, ET. SEQ., TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
