NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 10th day of November, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 205, BUILDING 91, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT NINETY, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8769, PAGES 1911 THROUGH 1949, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 115, PAGES 97 THROUGH 99, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
