THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT A-1708, BUILDING 17, PHASE I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6133, PAGE 2313, ET SEQ., INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 106 THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 4855 Technology Way, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33431 or 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 11/10/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
