Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure of liquor license entered in Case No. 13-7888-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CINDY CARLSON and RONALD GIBELLINA are the Plaintiffs and the Defendants are ROCK THE HOUSE SALOON, INC., a dissolved Florida Corporation, THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF FLORIDA. The Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of November, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the complaint, must file a claim within sixty (60) days of the sale dated September 29, 2014.
