NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-008120-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of William Boozer a/k/a William M. Boozer, Deceased; Valencia Park Homeowners' Association, Inc.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Pinellas County, Florida; Regions Bank; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession; William M. Boozer, as Named Informant on the Death Certificate of William M. Boozer and as Possible Heir of the Estate of William M. Boozer, Deceased are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 164, VALENCIA PARK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
