NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-003461-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 27TH day of October, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 66 FEET OF THE SOUTH 132 FEET OF THE NORTH 660 FEET OF THE WEST HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE EAST 135.83 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
