NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-011932-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. WHITTLE, DAVID HARTZOG, JULIAN HARTZOG, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A STEPHANIE BERTOLF, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A RANDY BERTOLF, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. WHITTLE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 125, WINCHESTER PARK NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE (S) 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
