NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-000507-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and LORI A. SWEENEY AKA LORI ANN SWEENEY AKA LORI SWEENEY, EUGENE T. SWEENEY, JEAN A. SWEENEY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A., FLORIDA BANK FKA BANK OF ST. PETERSBURG, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI A. SWEENEY AKA LORI ANN SWEENEY AKA LORI SWEENEY NKA BRIAN DAVID MYRBACK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 28-2827, of TUSCANY AT INNSBROOK, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 13844, at Page 1800-1904, and Condo Plat Book 133, Page 85-107, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
