NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-013080-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-NH by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Enrico Alessandri; Unknown Spouse of Enrico Alessandri, if Married; Nancy Alger; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Alger, if Married; Pinellas County Teachers Credit Union; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 6, OF BRENTWOOD HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, AT PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
