Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 13-010236-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO RODRIGUEZ, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT IS CERTIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 2 OF GULF GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, ON PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
