BANTA A/K/A DANIELLE BANTA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 61.5 FEET OF LOT 108 AND THE WEST 8.5 FEET OF LOT 109, RIDGEWOOD GROVES-UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
