NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in the above styled case, wherein ROBERT TIMOTHY HEADLY AND MARGERUITE S. HEADLY AS TRUSTEES OF THE ROBERT TIMOTHY HEADLY AND MARGUERITE S. HEADLY, REVOCABLE TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2006 are the Plaintiffs and ELAINE BLUE is the Defendant, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of November, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. on the Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
LOT 156 PATTY ANN ACRES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 87 THRU 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
