Final Judgment was awarded on September 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010499, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN SMITH; CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN SMITH AS TRUSTEE FOR SHAWN THOMAS SMITH; CAROLYN SMITH; SUNTRUST BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURTS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMERI-LIFE AND HEALTH SERVICES OF HIGHLAND COUNTY, INC.; CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN SMITH AS EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN G. SMIT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAFRIEDA MANNOR ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHNNY HELM ; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 AND #4; CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN SMITH AS TRUSTEE FOR JORDAN MCROBERTS, A MINOR; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 27, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LEGALLY KNOWN AS:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, OAK RIDGE NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 99 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 5021 BURLINGTON AVENUE, SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33710-8237
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
