NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-002223, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NA AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2013 SC4 TITLE TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and, KEVIN L. SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN L. SMITH N/K/A THERESA SMITH; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA MIRIAM COOPER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 27, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 OF JW STEVENS OF PENNINGTONS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1901 MELROSE AVE S, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33712
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
