NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-017447-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., Successor by Merger to the Leader Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Denise P. Mare; Unknown Spouse of Denise P. Mare; Unknown Tenant 1; Unknown Tenant 2; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who (is/are) not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants; Credigy Receivables Inc.; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Premium Asset Recovery Corporation; United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Votaw Village Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 3rd day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, VOTAW VILLAGE PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 134, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
