NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005655-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-QH2 is the Plaintiff and Carrie B. Marx; Unknown Spouse of Carrie B. Marx; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2; and all other unknown parties, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, an all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BEACON HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
