NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011409-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Gregory Dale Hand; Christine Hand; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe And Jane Doe As Unknown Tenants In Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK A, BEL-AIRE WOODS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
