NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006918-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jean Hibbert a/k/a Jean Hibbert, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Jean Hibbert a/k/a Jean Hibbert, Jr. if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for GMAP Mortgage, LLC; United States of America, on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 3rd day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34 BEL-AIRE WOODS, SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
