NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020684 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Juan Carlos Hernandez; Unknown Spouse of Juan Carlos Hernandez if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Venetian Place Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Drywall Supply Florida, Inc.; JMG Realty, Inc.; La Provence Associates Limited Partnership a/k/a La Providence Associates, L.P. d/b/a Sandstone Apartments; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1012, VENETIAN PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED ON JULY 17, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 08755, PAGE 1712, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, ALONG WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
