NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated September 22, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-039364-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, where BANK OF AMERICA, NA is Plaintiff and RICHARD CUCURELLA; LAKE JESSAMINE ESTATES PHASE 2 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; EVELYN WAITHAKA; GLADYS CUCURELLA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, ET AL, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
