NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2014, in Case Number 2013-CA-000112-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Inevett P. Hahn and Robert R. Hahn are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 24, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The East 20 feet of Lot 22, and all of Lot 23, Block B, Cloister Grove Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book J, Page 119, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
