NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014614-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JASON R. BRADLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, WINDSTONE AT OCOEE-PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof in Plat Book 53, Page(s) 143 through 145, inclusive, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
