RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023618-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEEE FOR THE CERTIFICATESHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-0A3, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA3, is Plaintiff, and TREVOR N. RICHARDS A/K/A TREVOR RICHARDS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2024, MOSAIC AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8282, PAGE 3777, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
