Lot 52, of Maudehelen Subdivision Phase I, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 83, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 13, 2014.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
