NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-013550-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and James Michael Magee a/k/a James M. Magee; Maureen Lynch Magee; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 5th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK C, LIVE OAK VILLAGE PHASE 1B IN AVALON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 142 THROUGH 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
