THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5, Plaintiff and PATRICK HOLT AKA PATRICK A HOLT; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this November 13th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
