Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-005064-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN R. CLARK; WENDY M. CLARK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ; FALCON TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE-WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA MELISSA CLARK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 28, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
