NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 28, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-009273-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff, and, LAURENCE BLACK; 101 EOLA CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION INC.; ROBERT WEISMORE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 30, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
