NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 18, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2011-CA-001481-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, KRISTIN M. KANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTIN M. KANE; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; THE HAMLET AT MAITLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 30, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, THE HA1VILET AT MAITLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
