Final Judgment was awarded on August 15, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 48-2008-CA-033769-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S.BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, LUIS C. VIAL; SOANY AVILA A/K/A SOANY E. DOC# 20120447049 B: 10428 P: 7164 AVILA; CITY OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 30, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
