NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 16, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-012784-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, DERAN SMITH; MICHELLE MOON; HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 3, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 9, TANGERINE, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN MISCELLANEOUS BOOK 3, PAGES 598 AND 599, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
