NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 6, 2011 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-23273, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, LARRY D. SLIGER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; JUSTIC PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 3, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT6, JUSTIN PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3147, PAGE 2147 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
