Final Judgment was awarded on July 1, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2010-CA-007777-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS11, is the Plaintiff, and, RAFAEL PRESTAMO; KAREN VEGA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART HOMEOWNER ASSOCIAITON, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
