NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-007316-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR SPECIALIZED LOAN TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff, and, IRODIA VILFRANC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRODIA VILFRANC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR ACOUSTIC HOME LOANS, LLC; HIAWASSEE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 4, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
