Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-000270-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-1, CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGHCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, ,is the Plaintiff, and, MORDECHAI BOAZIZ; SOUTHERN PINES OF ORANGE COUNTY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.,; TELERENT LEASING CORP B/B/A VENDOR CAPITAL GROUP; PINES WINTER GARDEN, L.L.C; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MORDECHAI BOAZIZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
