Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-001724-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MARIE J. BAYLIS AKA MARIA J. BAYLIS; BRITANNIA OF FOREST GLEN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION INC.; FOREST GLEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; BRITANNIA II OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE J. BAYLIS AKA MARIA J. BAYLIS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on this 3 day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
