NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003408 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, M&T Bank,, is Plaintiff and Sharilyn B. Williams, Unknown Spouse of Sharilyn Williams and Naples Hideaway Club, Inc , are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit A-101, Naples Hideaway Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1060, Page 666, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Street Address: 1101 Rosemary Court A-101, Naples, FL 34103
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
