NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-003158-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3 day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2607, BUILDING 26, PHASE 3, COVENTRY AT STRATFORD PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3559, PAGE 965, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST lN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ALL RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
