IN THE CIRCUIT COURT
OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 3, 2014, at eleven o'clock, a.m., on the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
All of Tract 112, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 30, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page(s) 58, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Located in Section 29, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
