Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 07, 2014 , in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF NAPLES, IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 05/16/1994 AND RECORDED 05/18/1994 IN BOOK 1948, PAGE 1006 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: UNIT E8, VALLEY STREAM TOWN HOUSE GROUP 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 10/23/1973 IN BOOK 558, PAGE 178 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on November 5, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
