NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7 day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001724-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and HERNAN GONZALEZ MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SECURITYNATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY D/B/A SOUTHERN SECURITY MORTGAGE NAPLES WINTERPARK VI, INC. IRIS GONZALEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 5 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3005, NAPLES WINTERPARK VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1352, PAGES 869-942 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
