NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000498, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MARDI S. MOORMAN; JEFFREY M. STONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DROP JEFFREY M. STONE; DAVID J. MOORMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 100, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO.30, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
